Dug out my old retro builds...and I also got a question about Cougar Customer Service.

KarateHottie93

The first one is a 2600K on a super nice Z68 FTW, with a 980 AMP Extreme...in a kinda amazing Cougar Panzer Max.

The second one is an 8350 on an M5A99FX Pro 2.0, with a Fury Nitro...in a really amazing Corsair 780T.

During this whole ordeal of getting these out an running again, I noticed the Panzer Max is missing one of the rubber feet pads. I know I could just buy a roll of adhesive pads and cut a new one out but the thought of that drives me crazy. I need the OEM. Has anyone ever tried to buy parts from Cougar and actually succeeded?

6700K is retro? It's not that old...

It's a Z68 machine, so they probably meant 2700K. Still nowhere near close to what I'd consider retro, but definitely older.

Lol my bad...meant 2600K.

I didn't mean Retro as in a dual Opteron server build from 20 years ago.

I meant retro as in still functional but some of the parts are over a decade old now lol. I've just kinda upgraded certain things here and there over the years.
