Low fps in lol

hey guys i have an issue regarding fps in lol only, i have noticed that the gpu doesn't boost it's frequency and the power consumption stays low when i'm playing (like it is just idling). btw i have a lenovo legion 5 pro with r7 5800H, rtx 3070 with 16 gb of ram. While playing the igpu was disabled and the cpu turbo boost was disabled too(it's heat up to 70°C with almost 0 gains in fps).

Thanks!

Could be your windows power plan. Try switching it.

Try changing your application specific settings in your nvidia control panel

Just some wild random theory from a random guy on internet.

Check if power connector of your laptop`s AC adapter isn`t loose in it socket.

It might get accidentally disconnected sometimes. Then laptop switches to battery saving mode and limits speeds of GPU and CPU

No, the laptop was charging when i took the screen shot (the feather logo next to the battery means the battery isn't charging: It's a feature to expand the battery's life expectancy).
