My first m.2 ssd has run out of storage but I have another one and it’s already in my pc, I just don’t know how to set it up. Please let me know how

Have you formatted it yet? Search Disk Management in the Start search bar, it opens "create and format hard disk partitions", right click the drive (it'll be a big partition with a black bar), hit format, NTFS, leave everything at default except for name (whatever you want).

Edit: Assuming this is Windows, it's similar on most Linux distros
