Sony online issue ps5 network

So, I have a ps5 and a ps4. I get this issue this on the PlayStation I am online playing a game and using a party chat and get kicked out and get a network issue and get disconnected but still in the online match it has happen with multiple games sometimes not even in game i have cox giga blast. I have called Sony and I have called cox one says it the other and i get am getting nowhere with them so i have ps 5 and 4 hard wired not on Wi-Fi (cox in my ISP). my router is old i think it the R7000p and the modem is the cm 1000. my download speeds are very low according to my ISP speed are around 130 to 140 sometimes 200 and uploads are 30 to 35.  but my pc it is 800 to 900 for the downloads and uploads is 30 to 35.

 

hope someone can help me. also, Sony told me that is sounds like it was port issue and the send me some TCP and UDP numbers, but my ISP told that the port is open and that it is not closed and that they do not have access to the anyways
