Using bin file to copy over ssd

I'm a technician that works on video game repair at a local arcade and our ssd in one of our games went bad. the manufacture gave me a bin file that i could use to image over to a new ssd. i've been trying to use HDD raw copy. but after i format the drive and run the program to image over the bin file. It looks like the SSD has nothing on the disk. it loses it's format and seems blank again. 

can anyone advise? i have attached screen shots of what the disk looks like after it supposedly finished the copy.  

 

Am I doing something wrong or using the wrong software? any advice?

It's possible the image contains a partition structure that Windows doesn't understand. Have you tried it in the game machine?

I have tried it in a game machine but it tells me that it's unable to find a bootable drive. But when i check the ssd after using the program to write on to the new ssd it seems the ssd has been wiped and there's no data on it at all.

 

I just tried to load the bin file onto a virtual drive and when i try to access it. it tells me that it needs to be formated. so now i'm wondering if I have a bad or corrupted file. I was told by the game manufacture that i would have to use a program to copy over the bin file and it should work. however this doesn't seem to be the case. We have another store with the same game so i'm thinking about taking their ssd out and seeing if i can copy the ssd over directly from a physical drive rather then a bin file.

Update... looks like the file they sent me was bad. was able to image over from another games ssd without a problem
