What did you expect to happen?

I expect to know if it is a common problem or I have any problem with the hardware itself

Link to a page where it happened, if applicable:

n/a

Screenshots of the issue, if applicable:

Any other relevant details:

I have only been using the monitor for like a couple of weeks.

If it happens "on any website", then it's not a problem with these forums.

Does that monitor have a VA panel? Some ghosting is to be expected on those.

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

-- Moved to Troubleshooting --

The forum bugs/issues sub-forum is specifically for bugs with the forum, while Troubleshooting is for issues you're facing with software/hardware/etc.

Ghosting happens when the display doesn't refresh fast enough to keep up with the content it needs to display.

Open the monitor menu by pressing the appropriate button on the monitor and look for a setting that changes the response time/display quality. Usually the response rate is worse when the monitor has to display a better looking image, so typically a monitor has some different modes that change the response rate and color image.

A 'gaming' mode often has better response time too.

you could try going to chrome://flags and enabling or disabling smooth scrolling and see if that makes a difference.

Just seems like a monitor with very slow response time.
