Is there such thing as EXTERNAL SSD bracket inside the pc?

What I wanna said is, Can you put EXTERNAL ssd inside your pc.

I wanna change/remove my DVD internal drive to something like bracket for EXTERNAL ssd and the USD cable attach in front of the pc panel.

Nope, however some of these drives are regular M2 or 2.5 Sata drives inside (SOME, not all).
