Will using ssd as boot drive prevent bottleneck of hdd

Saito_Nakamura
Go to solution Solved by Kilrah,

Your video is still going to come from the HDD.

A common thing to do is just move all the video files to the SSD while that is the project you're working on, then move everything back to the HDD once you're done.

if i use ssd as boot and hdd as storage device and  i edit my videos which are in my hdd will there a be a bottleneck caused by hdd or the video i am editing will be offloaded to ssd while importing so no bottleneck caused by hdd?

The video is ideally loaded to your ram from your hdd when u are editing, if u dont have enough ram it will be offloaded whereever windows is installed.
