Well, in general, only a cpu is nothing. It doesn't work without a lot of other parts and the Ryzen doesn't even work without a dedicated GPU.

3700X is way to expensive. Better get a 5800X or switch to Intel 12600K.

 

RTX 2060 is to expensive also. RX 6600 XT performs better for a comparable price.

I think the i5 12600K is the better option for a similar price.

Also that Samsung QVO isn't that good, something like the Crucial MX500 is cheaper and likely better.

what about motherboard

You don't need a 180$ cooler for that cpu.  I use a Scythe Fuma 2 with mine, works perfectly fine.

QVO uses QLC memory ... get something with TLC

Save some money on the boot / 1 TB drive, you don't need the Pro version, and move some of the funds to that other drive.

 

You plan on spending $199 on QLC drive when you could spend $179 on Crucial MX500 or WD Blue, both using TLC as far as I know.
