My new PC lags every 2-3 hours

Hi,

 

I recently buy and build a new PC.

 

 PC parts:

 

  I7 12700K

  ASUS ROG STRIX Z690-A Gaming WIFI D4

  Corsair 32GB KIT Vengeance RGB PRO SL 3600Mhz CL18 DDR4

  Corsair iCUE H170i ELITE Capellix

  EVGA SuperNOVA 1300G+

  Nvidia GTX 1080 EVGA superclocked 2  

  Corsair iCUE 7000X RGB

  Samsung 980 PRO 1TB (OS drive)

  Samsung 850 EVO 500GB (programs drive)

  Samsung 860 PRO 1TB (Games drive)

  ASUS XG-C100C (network card)

  Windows 10 PRO (latest version) and ACTIVATED

 

PC start lagging after 2 to 3 hours of playing games (like Satisfactory, snowrunner, GTA V, and more..)
GPU utilization drops from 95%-100% to 5%-10%
CPU load is on 10-30% all time
Mouse starts lagging, audio and mic start cutting
RGB on my fans and AIO starts lagging 

Troubleshooting that I've already try:

1. logged the temps and CPU never hits above 65 C and GPU is on 60-70 C
2. reseeded RAM, runed it in dual channel, tryed gaming on that RAM on other computer... no lags... so RAM seems good
3. reinstalled all my SW and HW drivers
4. tried different GPU (Gigabyte Xtreme gaming GTX 1070)
5. uninstalled iCUE (some people report lagging when iCUE is running)
6. uninstalled ASUS CRATE (some MBO program... idk...)
7. reinstalled Windows 4x 
8. created another WIN 10 boot drive (I asumed that my usb was corupted... so I create another boot drive) and install from it like 2x ... so 6. reinstalld of the OS
9. bought another ASUS ROG STRIX Z690-A Gaming WIFI D4 board... replaced it with mine... so now I have 2 MBOs :D
10. unpluged all my 5 monitors and run it with just one 24" benq

11. runned my pc with and without OC (CPU-5.3GHZ) (RAM-XMP 2 3600MHz)

 

I don't know what to do next... I'm considerring returning this PC and building another at this point....

Sounded like bad BIOS version. Did u fix it?

 

i had the same problem with same mb and cpu, but with Corsair dominator ram. Although only my mouse starts lagging. I fixed the audio cutting with bios update 

 

also running ram without XMP helped.

I've have my own problems but not anything like this

I would start of by recommending

try using Intelligent standby list cleaner (ISLC) | Wagnardsoft

Try disabling in BIOS stuff like CPU C-states and try turbo boost on enable instead of auto if its setup like that

Also try disabling intel speed step 

 

Sorry if I misunderstood or mentioned something you already tried.

edit: you could also try disabling GameDVR which I would recommend anyways.
