Cant sync fan RGB to MOBO

So i have tuf gaming z690 Mobo and Lian Li al120 uni fans (3x2) connected to one Lian Li controller, the problem is I can control Mobo RGB from armoury crate and the fans' RGB from L connect 2 but when I turn on motherboard sync in L connect 2 it doesn't work with armoury crate it just turns off all the lights from the fans or they just glow white. How can I sync them???
