New HDD and SSD file transfers

I have recently bought a new HDD and SSD and I'm trying to figure out how to move all of my files and installs that are on my old HDD to my new HDD apart from windows that I want on my SSD does anyone know how this is done?

Use a tool like Macrium Reflect to clone the hard drive to the SSD. Then configure to boot from SSD instead of the mechanical drive.

Your new SSD may have come with free cloning software like Acronis. Western Digital and Samsung provide Acronis for free with their drives, and Crucial has it's own custom free cloning software.
