Where does this go on the motherboard?

It's connected to the AIO and I'm not sure where on the motherboard it goes. Usually it should go in the CPU fan but it's too big to fit there?

That looks like a proprietary connector maybe for some kind of fan hub. If you give us some detail we can probably help further. Lets start with exactly what AIO that's from.

As mentioned above, that connects to the commander core which should have come with the cooler. The core plugs into a USB port on the motherboard and may require SATA power, I cannot remember.

You're right! I completely missed the connector! I found some room for the second hub so all is good! Thanks.
