Not sure if this is the place for this, but idk where else to post. Created my account for this.

I ordered an item from lttstore.com on Dec 8th to an address within Canada. It was advertised as 2-6 day shipping. The last shipping update was in Richmond BC on Dec 8th. The item has not yet arrived.

It seems stuck or lost in shipping so I sent an email to support@lttstore.com on Dec 27th. Still haven't heard back and I even emailed again yesterday just in case they missed it or something.

Overall it's a disappointing experience and I expected more. Idk if the support team is short staffed at the moment or what is wrong. The shipping serviced used, Wizmo, doesn't seem to have any support contact information unfortunately.

I guess if the item never arrives and the support team never responds I will have to issue a chargeback with my credit card company. Never did that before and I hope it doesn't come to that.

Thanks for listening to my ted talk.

Top of the site:

"DUE TO A LARGE VOLUME OF REQUESTS, OUR SUPPORT TEAM MAY TAKE LONGER THAN NORMAL TO REPLY. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE."

Just chill, it will likely arrive very soon with the shipping info never updating, that happens a lot.

I'm dutch, so feel free to correct any spelling mistakes I might make.  I try to do the best I can!

It's not.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

Thanks for listening to my ted talk.

I had an issue over the holidays. It took a few days for support to get back to me also but they fixed everything. They unfortunately cannot control shipping speeds. Companies are still struggling to catch up from the holidays and are still extremely understaffed.

Edit: I'm not sure what Wizmo is. If it's a Canadian shipper or some stamp software they use for shipping but ultimately my package came via UPS. Try to track the tracking number they gave you via UPS and see if it comes up.

It's really not, but whatever.  Lets keep going anyways:

If you shipped to an address within canada, yeah, 2-6 days is about right generally.  (Possibly an extra couple days because xmas is hell for shipping.  So a lot of places had 12-10 or 12-14 as shipping cutoffs for xmas.)

That's about a full week, to week and a half after you should have contacted, probably, but still not unreasonable.  However just looking at the website:

Also, given the number of holidays, and I guarantee vacations are happening, and also?  This Omicron thing?  yeah.  it's a messy time of year for anyone doing logistics.

I suspect they will, although this does seem like a bit much even for delayed responses.

Do you have a tracking number for the package?  Any shipper has a way to report a lost / missing package, especially when it hasn't updated in nearly a month.

Yeah I figure they will eventually as well, especiallly after seeing the warning on their website you guys have pointed out.

Yes, I have a tracking number for Wizmo, but I couldn't find any way to report a missing package with them. The only contact information on their website is for B2B.

First off, very sorry for the delay in both the shipment & the response from our team.

As others have mentioned in this thread, we're working through a massive backlog of post-holiday tickets, which have only be amplified by experiences like yours due to issues with shipping partners around COVID slowdowns and extreme weather conditions.

All I can say for now is that one way or another, we will make sure you are made whole in the situation - whether that's through getting the initial shipment, or a replacement shipment, or a refund.

It will take some time to work through everything in the backlog, but our support team is top-notch and they'll get any issue sorted out, without a doubt.

We really appreciate your patience along the way 🙂

Appreciate the reply a lot, thanks. Sounds like the perfect storm. I understand there's a lot of things going on outside the ltt store team's control so I can wait patiently.

After a lot of waiting ques and unhelpfull customer services over here in the Netherlands I've been through the last couple of days (not arrived christmas gifts and what not)

I am really pleased with seeing how this gets answered on the forum by Nick.

Really shows they care and want to commit to the promise of delivering.

Just wanted to point that out.

Things can happen.. always and everytime, but the way things get handled and resolved is so much more important imho.

Eh it’s just all fairly overpriced. $20 for a baseball cap and $30 for a water bottle? I can get a Sho bottle for that with a 4 year guarantee.

With branding from someone you support? Doesn't sound like you understand what fan merchandise is. Here, have a look at fairly well known US baseball teams mech https://shop.giants.com/new-york-giants-men-hats/t-35054580+ga-01+d-69666457+z-96-4137842274?_ref=m-TOPNAV

Those LTT baseball caps are steal in comparison.

So because one thing is overpriced it means it’s ok? The NY caps are also made by a reputable brand (New era) not a random no name supplier

Because they use brand you know now you are supporting prices being high? My point was that besides buying product, you are supporting the thing you are fan of. Those New Era caps still have $10+ extra over what the base price is.

They’re using a manufacture that’s reputable vs a random manufacturer with no name. For example would you pay more for a case from idk otterbox compared to “3IN1 Full Body Protective Case Heavy Duty Rugged Armor Military Drop-Proof Scratch-resistant Case Cover for IPhone 13 Pro Max 12 Pro 11 Pro XS MAX XR X SE 2020 for Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra Note 20 Ultra S20 S10 S9 Plus Note 10 Plus” from wish?

It absolutely is. Blocking this, as far as im considered, is blocking criticism.

Though in this case, Dec 27th to Jan 5th has had relativly few business days.
