Half of RAM reserved

So, I bought an extra two sticks of 8gb ram and installed it today. I am currently running 4 sticks of this.

 

I also have a Ryzen 2600x and Gigabye Aorus Ultra Pro.

 

For some reason, half of my RAM is hardware reserved. I have tried all of the following:

Installed latest bios for MB.

Reformatted PC

went in MSConfig and changed the boot options,

 

CPUID and HWinfo64 both tell me I have 32gb of RAM.

 

No idea what to do, any suggestions?

Oh also, after my reformat I DL'd all the windows updates, im running Win10. My GPU drivers are up to date as well, along with all the gigabyte stuff in the appcenter.
