Was doing a watercooled build with my 1080ti and had it working, but when i upped the load on my gpu i heard a pop then a bad smell and computer turned off. I took off the waterblock and saw that one of the micro capacitors around the gpu chip had blown. There is also a scratch/ small dent in the gpu die. Pretty sure the chip is fried. Is there anyway of fixing maybe some repair place near me? Or is it too far gone. Any help would be appreciated.

Computer turning off is a bad sign. If that "scratch" isn't a scratch, but a cracked die then you are completely out of luck. I'm more inclined to think cracked die, as I don't see how a scratch would suddenly appear.
