Hello, I have a PC with a GT 1030 and I think it isn't good enough and I want to know a good upgrade for a fair price. Thanks in advance.

What are the specs of the rest of your system, and what part of the world are you living in, and what's your budget?

Pretty much any somewhat recent GTX/RTX/RX series GPU will be a significant upgrade in terms of performance. But you won't find a fair price for any half-decent GPU. That's the sad reality.

If someone did not use reason to reach their conclusion in the first place, you cannot use reason to convince them otherwise.

~200$

That's going to be tricky in today's shortage market. I would have suggested a 1050 ti, but the prices are well over that.

Someone else will come along with some better suggestions I"m sure, but you may have to wait, or increase your budget limit for a good GPU (or buy used...if you are willing to do that)

I have 8GB of RAM, an i3-10100F, live in Europe and the budget is ~200$

in the current market all you can do with that budget is to check the local used market and see if you can find anything better there.

There sadly is not a single new GPU in that price bracket.

Considering my GTX 660 OC + i7-970 PC can still play most 3d indie games, albeit with low to low medium graphic setting.
Last thing I played on it was Praey for the Gods & Nier Automata (Modded for more performance), old game I know, but hey, massive snowstorm / dust storm almost all the time.
Saying these so you can have a bit of a "benchmark" on what/which to buy.

I'd say find a good enough deal for a GTX 900 series or GTX 1000 series.
Just make sure the seller is reliable enough if you're buying used ones.

Just a reminder when you're browsing the market and choosing your option :
There's a 3gb & 6gb version for GTX1050 and GTX1060 IIRC.
