Mouse sensitivity and Resolution

I recently just switched to 1440p from 1080p. I was wondering if my mouse sensitivity and aiming will be affected. If it does, is there a way to find out how to raise my mouse sensitivity to match how it was for 1080p to now 1440p?

Well from a purely mathematical perspective, you'd raise the sensitivity by the same % as the pixel count.

BUT....

If you have a higher DPI setting available, I'd use that first.  DPI increase (if possible/available) is nearly always preferable to increasing sensitivity or g-load.

I cant say I have really noticed a sensitivity difference between resolutions excepts obviously the cursor size. Full disclosure currently running two 4k 32" displays.
