PC no display output

When powering on pc, fans will spin, motherboard light turns on, but no display output. The motherboard gives 8 beeps.

 

Specs: 

- CPU: i7-2600

- GPU: Zotac GTX 1060 3GB mini

- RAM: Kingston HyperX Genesis 4x4GB DDR3 2133Mhz non-ECC CL11 DIMM

- Motherboard: HP Z210 Workstation Socket LGA1155

- PSU: 400w

 

Fixes I have tried:

- Troubleshooted display and display cord with no issues

- Have attempted using graphics card and integrated graphics for output, neither works

- Have replaced CMOS battery with no change
