No Display, no boot after SSD migration

Hey, my PC was running perfectly fine, however I bought a larger SSD, I used aomei partition assistant to migrate my OS to the new SSD, it booted and loaded into the old OS fine, and then I turned it off.

 

Now when I turn the PC on the GPU and case fan spin for a second then turn off while the CPU fan stays running, I've double check the power supply (swapped out for another) checked the ram, taken everything out, reset CMOs multiple times and tried booting, to no avail, no display on GPU or onboard. I could use some assistance in solving the matter

 

**** I have confirmed it has to be a motherboard issue everything else is good.

Its an older Acer board
