Weird monitor flickering

MaxTGG6

So I just bought a new LG monitor (24GN650 24 inch) and it’s doing a weird flickering every few seconds. Idk what to do. I turned off freesync cause it said that it may cause stuttering but that did nothing and idk what to do. I’m just really hoping it isn’t broken.

Can you try a different port on the PC?  Or a different port and/or cable on the monitor? (even if its not practical to use it long-term, just to see if it still happens)

Router:  Intel N100 (pfSense) WiFi6: Zyxel NWA210AX (1.7Gbit peak at 160Mhz)
WiFi5: Ubiquiti NanoHD OpenWRT (~500Mbit at 80Mhz) Switches: Netgear MS510TXUP, MS510TXPP, GS110EMX
ISPs: Zen Full Fibre 900 (~930Mbit down, 115Mbit up) + Three 5G (~800Mbit down, 115Mbit up)
Upgrading Laptop/Desktop CNVIo WiFi 5 cards to PCIe WiFi6e/7

it's most likely a wonky cable, even if its the one that was included with the monitor

Try to run the screen at lower refresh rate it may likely cause the flickering to stop.

It was just fixed for about 12 min and it just started again. It seems like after a while of running it starts flickering
