It's for a water cooler bracket to mount the radiator to. Right on the website.

What is this thing that was located where the motherboard goes? Doesent exist in the manual either

Seems like some kind of a liquid cooler (240mm) bracket perhaps.

Or just some 2x120mm case fan bracket.

What case is that? It looks like an extra fan or reservoir mount. 

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.
