I bought a mouse with a tilt wheel cuz I was interested in the feature but all it does is mouse wheel up and down..

even tho I have these settings in the mouse settings itself. https://imgur.com/a/cIGQAwb they are ignored completely and all the tilt does is scroll up and down.. which is what the wheel does so its the dumbest feature ever. With razer software uninstalled it still wont use windows to do horizontal tilt. is that just how they come? I can get it to scroll left and right with the software but the problem there is it isn't equal to scroll vertical because its programmed to only scroll 1 line at a time instead of the default 3 that windows uses. so im all fed up about it. lol. anyway to circumvent the issue and let windows take over? or is that something programmed in the mouse itself thats being difficult. thanks
