Is shoprbc.com a reliable source for PC Parts in Canada?

I have currently been looking to upgrade and pcpartpicker keeps reccomending me a website called ShopRBC to buy my CPU. The website looks a bit sketchy so I have come here to make sure if it is a reputable and safe source?
