pc turns on when certain mice are in the computer

Hello, my pc turns on fine and everything works but its having a hard time displaying. i have taken it to many shops even sent it back to nzxt but 2 months or a week later it does the same thing. pc turns on sometimes when i have the right mouse in but other than that it never displays

Are you saying your computer will turn on but not POST (no display) unless you have a particular mouse plugged in? Or do you just have to keep your pet mouse inside your case in order for your computer to boot?
