What's the better PSU

Both are excellent units. Basically It'd be a matter of going for whichever is cheapest or if you need it, go for the Corsair for the extra wattage. 

 

EDIT: The Corsair is a bit more efficient though, as it has an 80+ Titanium rating.

btw do you really need high power psu ?

you may need to check effeciency curves for the psu since powering 450watt components with a 1600 watt power supply is less effecient than doing it with for example with a 850 watt psu
