How to make my mousepad change colors with program?

Hello,

 

I have a cheap non brand mousepad. It can only change the colors when pressing on a button. How can I change the colors with a program because I want some other color than the normal.

I have a Razer keyboard with Synapse 3, can it work together with a cheat or something?
