Why needs it to be DIP?

Either make your own module (PCB with header sized like a DIP) or buy a module.

Alternatively use modules which fit bcommon sockets like M.2 or SO-DIMM.

so i can socket it also i hate hate smd souldering

Some types like BGA or QFN get pricey but standard QFP is "cheap".

Do be careful with breakout boards and socketing for FPGAs - some of them are super picky about bypass caps. You may run into issues if you're not careful about how you do your breakout board.
