Terrible New World experience

This morning I woke up wanting to play some new world, I opened up the game and i got a popup message saying Login Blocked. I decided to wait a bit and try again after the new patch was released and the popup message i was getting now was saying Banned for cheating. I am of course sure i never cheated so I decided to contact amazon support. After opening a dozen chats with different amazon support employees, one of them told me the reason why I was banned for. He checked the logs and  saw that I had 10 reports from people because I said something in spanish that supposedly brakes the rules of conduct. What I said is “me cago en amazon y el puto calvo” that translates in english to basically  “fuck amazon and the damn bald guy”.  Because of this message I got a permanent ban making me unable to play again. I do understand that its not a good thing to say but also with all the bugs that we are experimenting in game it can get to a point where someone can really get frustrated. I am not here saying this to justify my actions but i find it a bit to severe in my regards. Could of got a chat ban,week ban or month ban... but a permanent ban on a first strike for something like this without even a warning it seems a bit too much after seeing the 1 day bans to the cheaters and people exploiting.
Long story short...I will be deleting my amazon account and avoid this company after this. I have allways been a good customer in the past years,spending alot of money monthly, but after this treatment they gave me i will be deleting my amazon account and do my purchases somewhere else.
Just wanted to share my story so you guys can learn from my mistake.

And the real cheaters only get one day bans??? Lol what a joke, if i ever get a good pc then thanks for driving me away from new world ontop of new world demolishing gpus

Don't forget the game being incredibly bland and boring... : D

It's kinda funny because just a few years ago the whole internet was like "I love Amazon,  they never did me wrong,  fuck retail..."
