I can't find any authoritative lists of Armenian TV broadcast frequencies, but it's quite likely that they differ from the US in terms of frequency or video standard (NTSC vs PAL).

I'm not that familiar with the interface of the TV's but As far as I'm aware I don't think you can switch from NTSC to PAL (if that even is your issue)

Can you describe in what way they do not look good? do they perhaps appear streched?  like too wide?

I would think its possible that your 4:3 signal being sent over COAX is being stretched to fit a 16:9 aspect ratio.
The manuals aren't much help. and your remote doesn't have a dedicated button for this function.

Check your picture settings or even advanced settings to see if there is something that gives you options like picture modes, but with words like "Native, Full, Zoom, Wide" and such. Usually NATIVE  or something that involves no upscaling will solve the problem.

If your channels are 4:3 and not 16:9 you will have black columns on either side of the picture, but at least the picture won't look distorted.

This usually isn't a problem when you have an external sattelite or cable service provider box as those usually connect via HDMI and will display you channels at the correct resolution and ratio as long as your picture mode is set to whatever the native equivalent setting is.

Currently have to game on Wife's PC (see profile) so instead here's my Home Theater Setup!

TV: 2019 65" Vizio P-Series Quantum X | Media Streamer: Roku Ultra 2020 | UHD Player: Panasonic UB820 | Consoles: PS5 with 4TB external SSC, Nintendo Switch, Nintendo WiiU (Ethernet to everything)

SOUND
5.1.4 AVR: Marantz SR6014 | 2 Polk S55 Mains, Polk S35 Center, 2 Polk S50 Sides, 4 Polk S15 Height Channels, HTS 12 Subwoofer

That is a US model that has a US-specific tuner (ATSC for HD and NTSC for SD). Armenia uses DVB for HD and PAL for SD.

Are you saying that your 'analogue' cable also offers HD channels? Do you have a cable box? Could you share a video or photo of what you're seeing on the screen?

Depending on the issue that you're getting, a cable box with an HDMI output from your cable provider may be the quickest way to improve the image quality.

100% guarantee it's the incompatible tuner.  I bought a tv in Germany and brought it to USA.  Works fine for everything except using the tuner.

Same thing happens with car stereos.
