Both monitors technically have G-Sync as Freesync is considered G-Sync compatible. Only difference is the actual Nvidia chip in proper "G-Sync" monitors to assist in adjusting frame rates. The MSI monitor has a VA panel which typically sees faster response times but the Acer monitor has an IPS panel, which tends to display colors WAY better as well as improving viewing angles. Personally between these 2 monitors, I'd go with the Acer monitor thanks to the IPS panel. Even though the pixel response time is 1ms lower, unless you're a superhuman FPS pro, you won't even notice or feel the difference.
