Monitor Showing a Random Black Bar At 144Hz

When I change my settings to 60Hz, it is normal. But, when I change the Hz to 144Hz, a black bar shows up.

The monitor that we're using is AOC 27g2e and the OS that we are using is Windows 10.

My first thought is that it's a bad cable. If you have another one to swap it out with, try and see if that fixes it.

I've tried this, but it didn't work...

How is your monitor connected to your pc? 

 Which cable? 

Monitor to onboard GPU or which graphic card?

I havean ASUS ROG Strix G15 Laptop that has the same issue
at 144hz there is a black bar across the bottom of the screen, if i take the charger out it becomes gray and flickers
at 60hz its perfectly normal
