Integrated GPU always throttling

I have laptop with ryzen 5 5500u and radeon vega 7 iGPU. Every now and then HWinfo shows that my GPU thermal throttles (sometimes current state is "NO") ... why

You could get a laptop cooling pad to bring your temperatures down or use it on a raised surface to help airflow. Laptops throwing around 80-90c is the normal and that causes components to thermal throttle from getting so hot. It's difficult to cool such things in small packages. Otherwise you could try to reduce the temp and heat by keeping your workloads down and within reason to what you have. Anything that makes it run full tilt will make it run hot, which is still normal
