Monitor stuck on 60Hz, not showing 144hz option anywhere

Hello,

I recently built a rig and the Samsung Odyssey G5 1440p 144Hz Gaming Monitor to take advantage of it. When I went to turn the monitor settings to 144Hz as advertised, the option was absent everywhere I could find. How do I fix this? I tried using HDMI and DisplayPort but to no avail.

What do you see in Nvidia control panel?
