Looking for suggestions for decent budget TV (40-55"). ~£450 Budget.

Budget is roughly £450, though less is preferable to more. I've been looking at the 43" LG UP77 and UP81. Not sure if there is any meaningful difference between them though. 

 

Anyway, something along those lines, mainly used for TV shows and casual movie watching. Easy interface preferable because it's mostly for my older parents.

 

Can provide more details if necessary.
