Alright, you will need to go to Advanced > CPU Configuration, then at the very bottom it will say AMD fTPM switch. Switch it from Disabled to Enabled.

Does anyone know if a ASRock steel legend B450M mobo has the TPM already, or do I need a usb tpm 2.0 I've watched YouTube videos on?

It should have TPM by default as its on the Ryzen CPUs. You may need to go into your BIOS and enable it. You can check for TPM 2 different ways. 1 is to ensure you have the proper drivers. You can do this in your device manager and look at the Security Device tab.

2nd is to open a run window and type in tpm.msc and it will let you know if its good to go or not. If this does not say TPM is ready for use, then its likely not enabled in your BIOS.

I actually just did this as well to enable it on my wifes as I hadn't yet for her when I eventually update her to Windows 11 🙂 Gave me the purpose to do so!
