Posted April 11, 2014 as a AMD fan I will suggest Intel based on your budget It just that AMD builds are more budget oriented while Intel are gear towards downright performance GPU it depends which features you like and need, since you mentioned you will be making Youtube video or streaming you will need a decent GPU which supports video recording so nVidia for shadowplay Budget?
