So are you really in the market for a GPU or just posting here for something to do? Not just this thread but the past few days of random questions and lack of info on what you're really wanting.

 

I am confused by the lack of understanding simple explanations (and things like "dat dum") vs the gear and money you claim to have.

 

People are legitimately spending their TIME and ENERGY trying to help you and you're almost intentionally messing with them?

I have the 1660 Super. It's basically a 1660Ti. There is a lot of OCing headroom in the 1660 super. The GDDR6 is the same memory in the 3060/3070/3080 cards. I think the higher you go in those cards the better the binned GDDR6 memory chips. All of the OCing potential in the 1660 Super is in the memory.

I think that none are very interesting
If you are looking for something to buy on that performance, you should try the GTX 1660 Super, because it has basically the same performance of a GTX 1660 TI and costs less. If you are asking: "Hey, the 1070 and the 1660 TI perform the same, why should I choose one over the other?", well, the 1660 TI has Turing Microarchitecture (2018) over the 1070's Pascal Microarchitecture (2016), so you should choose the 1660 TI (or super) because it will have a better compatibility in the future (mid term - long term) and newer features. The main reason to buy a GTX 1070 would be lower price and VRAM. It has 8GB of VRAM against the 6 GB from the 1660 TI (and super).
Personaly, I would go with the GTX 1660 Super. If you want to know more, you can always see the LTT's videos about those cards.

Some honorable mentions of other options of GPUs around that performance are:
-GTX 980 TI: even older hardware and 6 GB of VRAM, maybe you can find it cheaper in the place that you live?
-Vega 56/64: Thought you should take this one with a grain of salt because I heard it had some stability issues. They might be fixed now though! It have 8 GB of VRAM.
-RX 5600 XT: IF you can find one at a RESEMBLANCE of a decent price, also around the performance of a 1070.

-RTX 2060 (or Super): Again, if you find at a resonable price, go for it, but I wouldn't count on it.

1660 Super uses a TU116 GPU core and has the 6th Gen or Turing NVENC encoder. I don't know what you mean by "updated" as there are many generations as you can see but there isn't much difference between the 6th and 7th generation. Unless the following is important to you, its the latest you can get.

It appears that the NVENC encoder is a general Turin Microarchitecture thing (with the exception of TU117 apearently). It also appears to be included on the driver
