Use a Kill-a-Watt or something similar. As far as software options, I’m not aware of any that are at all accurate.

- If you have a smart power supply, for example i-series from Corsair

- If you have a UPS, that shows it

- Use a wattage meter (Kill-A-Watt) or similar

you can use software readings for a rough estimate

though u need to calculate a tad bit to get power from wall due to efficiencies
