Stuck on Bios

I updated my bios after a I got a suggestion from another form topic I made. However, I am now running into a different issue. the bios updated but now I cant get it to boot into windows. The bios doesn't  recognize the m.2 that has windows in it, but i does see the usb with window creation tool. But every time I press "Save Changes & Exit" or "Discard Changes & Exit" I just restart into the bios again
