Why some programs can't connect to internet?

Hello,

I've just installed Windows 7 on my PC,(Windows 10 wasn't performing well).

-Downloaded chrome and essential drivers.

-extra software downloaded are :-

1. Google Chrome
2. AutoHotkey
3. SciTE4Autohotkey [editor for AHK]
4. AHK-Studio [another editor for AHK]
5. Notepad++
6. Everything by Voidtools

        Downloaded each from their website.(I've basic knowledge of "Secure Browsing")

        That's it nothing else, haven't even activated Windows yet!

        So, I don't think it is malware or something.

 

(fig.1) SciTE4Autohotkey is unable to update

(fig.2) Same goes for AHK-Studio. It is stuck on initial update check.

 

Apart from these 2, other programs are able to connect to internet.

I haven't touched Firewall or any other settings.

I've no idea what is causing this.

 

I've tried this, still not solved.

Open start menu and type cmd

Command prompt will show, right click this and select run as administrator

Type netsh winsock reset
Press enter
Type netsh int ip reset
Press enter again
Reboot PC and try again.

Any information would be helpful.
