Game (Advanced Warfare) capped at 60fps on Benq monitor but not for my Alienware monitor

I have a benqxl2546k 240 hz monitor and a Alienware 240 hz monitor. The issue is that Advanced Warfare on Steam is capped at 60 hz on my Benq monitor but it wasnt on my Alienware monitor. Could this be a Gsync compatibility thing or maybe my Nvidia settings are wrong. If anyone can help that would be great. No other game that I play does this btw only AW.

I'm surprised someone still plays Advanced Warfare.

Is it connected through DP or HDMI? Some monitors only support high refresh rate with only DP. Is the Benq running fine at 240hz in Windows?
