I'm surprised at how expensive the Fairphone is, it would be more ideal for them to price it less than $400. Although maybe worth it for people that don't replace their phone every year, instead of having to buy a whole new phone when the battery starts to fail, you can easily swap the battery. And being able to upgrade the camera would be nice. I'd consider a Fairphone if it was for sale in the US, and if it had a 3.5mm jack.

While there's still the no purchasing outside of Europe problem their prior phone that they still sell has a headphone jack.
