Multiple gamers on 1 PC (Aster, Steam, and Sandboxie Plus)

Hi,

 I play a game which I have multiple accts and I want to run multiple instances of this game at the same time. It’s not a a game in steam. I will make copies of the original game file and run them at same time. The game min. Requirements: Intel i3 GTX 460 4g ram

Say if I want to run 12 instances at the same time, what PC spec will I need for this please?
