Higher FPS when recording

Hey guys just wondering if anyone can help, for some reason when ever I play CS:GO I get around 100 fps which is definitely playable however when I start to record with OBS I get over 200 fps and the same with Minecraft without recording I get around 50-60 fps and a bit over 100 when I am recording

are you actually checking the real framerate or just looking at the number its showing

Can you show us the statistics rather than saying "around 100" and such.
Having solid, verifyable, information goes long ways.
