How to make a track and time display in Python?

38034580

I am making a media player, in which I'm using the SevenSegmentDigits from tk_tools for the track and time displays. For example, If I'm playing track 5 and played 2 minutes and 10 seconds it should read [05] [02:10]. I'm using pygame for the player. How can I drive the displays?
