It's not relevant really, and I hope this doesn't come off too creepy or whatever, but I've been binge-watching a bunch of LTT videos since I discovered the channel a few weeks ago, so I've been jumping from older ones to newer ones a lot which makes the difference seem more pronounced, and Alex has really improved a lot as a presenter over the years! Not that he was bad before, but he seems much more comfortable in front of the camera in these newer ones. Good work!

I'm going to rain down on your upcoming parade before it's even begun - the machine you want to be looking at is the Prometheus XVII, not the XVI. The display on that is pretty nuts as far as laptop displays go - IPS 165Hz 1440P 17.3 inch. Fully tricked out you're looking at roughly $4700 which isn't bad for a 17 inch performance beast.

My only concern is that Eluktronics appear to be another "brand" drinking the Clevo Kool Aid - I'm not a fan of their designs, especially the way they do the cursor keys and numpad. The zero, enter and plus should all be double-wide by convention and not mash in the cursor keys where there is no space. I would genuinely enjoy whacking their designer over the head with one of their laptops for signing off on such a hideous and unergonomic keyboard design. Well over 10 years of doing this and they REFUSE to change it. How in good conscience as a laptop reviewer you don't call them out on this???

I noticed that the parts had QR codes, are these the same as the Framework part QR codes? That is codes that link to detailed descriptions for the part, in order to assist with repair?
