Radiator fan configuration (please help)

Okay,

 

so I have been in the world of pc hardware for a good few years now (2 or 3). despite this I have never built a PC (mainly because my parents think I will mess it up). somehow I have manged to convince them now. Basically throughout my PC hardware journey I somehow still haven't managed to get my head around radiator fan configuration. to put it shortly: I need help. please could someone show me the best way of mounting a the fans on a radiator (as a diagram). could you show this for both top and front. thank you to anyone that helps.

 

(I dont know how things work around here so please say if I am asking too much I just really want to know this).

What cooler and case are you using? Have you tried looking at an installation manual?
