Minecraft server gone bust

I made a server for a group of friends. Everything shows up but when I click on the server it says unable to connect. This is bedrock edition. I port forwarded through the router and my firewall, made a static ip. Idk what to do thx for any help

I know little to nothing about the Bedrock edition, but I'd start by checking both your client and server logs, as they should give you clues as to what's happening.
