Family NAS help

Hey guys, I am trying to buy a NAS for everyone in my family to use and had a couple questions. There are 4 family members. each has their own family and 2 have business we will be using it for document storage, photo storage, sharing files with clients, and occasional video viewing/music listening over the internet. Thank you so much for any help!

1. I was thinking about doing one of these two set ups (Links below)

 DS220+ with 2 Seagate ironwolf 4TB 5900 RPM

Or DS220+ with 2 WD Red 6TB 5400RPM (Im trying to keep the price around $600 for everything)

Are the WD drives ok? I would want more storage but the ironwolf ones are a lot more expensive at 6TB and is it notably slower at 5400RPM instead of 5900? Are there any bundle deals?

2. There is room for a ram upgrade Theirs in $90 and then there are like 4 for $30 are any of the 30 dollar ones good? (Linked Below)

Id really look into cloud storage here. Often cheaper/simmilar priced, much more reliable, and your not blamed when people lose data.

Don't get wd reds for a nas, there smr and not good for nas use, id get a red plug at least. That rpm won't matter for speed, and it would be network limited anyways.

Don't bother, the stock ram is plenty for basic nas use.

oops type red plus, the normal reds really aren't good for nas use cause there smr now. The old reds are rebranded as red plus drives.

and what options do you know of for cloud options I need at least a TB and we will split the price four ways so 150ish each and the only options on icloud is 2TB for 10 a month so after a year im in the negative. and it seems same on all platforms like google drive. and it seems nicer to have it physical aswell.

If you have a iphone/apple stuff iCloud will integrate much better with a iphone, with things like backup on iCloud, defaults to storing phots.

Also price in backup options. You don't want your only copy to be on this nas.
